Data based decision-making
Rising, global demand for poultry and eggs is driving growth in the poultry sector worldwide - and dramatic increases in the size and complexity of commercial hatcheries. To maintain the very high levels of efficiency, cost-effectiveness and accountability being demanded of them, these large-scale facilities require connected, fully integrated processes. In this context, access to highly skilled, multi-disciplinary service and support is critical to hatchery customers, for an assurance of efficient, uninterrupted performance at every level of their operations.
Pas Reform has been awarded a subsidy through the European Social Fund (ESF), a European programme focused on investing in Europe’s human capital. The subsidy will support Pas Reform’s ambitions to strengthen the skills of its service and support teams and processes, with specialized tools and programmes that will help to prepare employees for the smart industry era. The central focus of the project is ‘data based decision-making’ - and both organizationally and for our employees, it will help to create a strongly future-facing workforce, with the skills in big data and the ‘Internet of Things’ to deliver the exemplary services for customers around the world.
To qualify for a GIO (Good Industrial Design), products must meet the highest standards of aesthetic, functionality, innovation and materials used. “For SmartPro™ to be recognised in this way is a tremendous achievement”, says Pas Reform’s marketing director, Henry Arts, “and a testament to the knowledge, dedication and passion of Pas Reform’s R&D, product development and engineering teams.” In being assessed for the Awards, SmartPro™ delivered against every criteria in the Professional Products category, winning the right to display the prestigious GIO mark.
