The official PIB agreement was signed on 3 June 2026 during VIV Europe in Utrecht by the Dutch government and the participating companies, marking the formal launch of the programme.
The Dutch consortium comprises Royal Pas Reform, Trouw Nutrition (Nutreco), Vencomatic, Meyn, Ottevanger Milling Engineers, and Impex. Together, the partners will work closely with the Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO), the Embassy of Kazakhstan, and the Poultry Union of Kazakhstan to strengthen the country's poultry sector with innovative and sustainable solutions.
