Benefits
The fully automatic trolley loader completes the automatic egg handling process, substituting the heavy and repetitive manual labour of placing setter trays into trolleys. A smooth action prevents damage to the hatching eggs, while compact design requires minimal floor space.
How it works
- Setter trays are pushed onto an automatic trolley feed unit, which gently pushes each tray into the setter trolley
- The automatic feed unit returns, picks up the next tray and indexes automatically to the next loading height
- As loading is always positioned on one side of the trolley, batches remain unmixed
- The trolley remains fixed and static throughout the entire operation, to be replaced by an operator when full
