With more than 20 years of engineering and product design experience, Martijn joins Pas Reform from Stamicarbon, a subsidiary of Maire Tecnimont Italy, where for the past three years he was manager of mechanical and CAD engineering and member of the company’s technology management team.
In his new role, Martijn will manage Pas Reform’s full team of incubation specialists and electrical, mechanical and HVAC engineers, with responsibility for project engineering as well as for research, product development and design of incubators, hatchery automation and HVAC systems. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in industrial product development and mechanical engineering, with a track record of (co-)developing state-of-the-art technologies for the (petro)chemical and maritime businesses.
“Pas Reform’s products are requested by name worldwide in the poultry industry,” says Martijn, “I am really looking forward to working with a team of scientists, engineers and product developers to further expand Pas Reform’s market presence.”
Martijn’s experience in leading product development programs from inception to product release will, says Pas Reform’s CEO Harm Langen, be a real asset. “As the world’s only single-source supplier of fully integrated hatchery technologies, Pas Reform has entered a dynamic new era in its business development strategy.
