Designed to equalise and buffer cooling water, to provide stable pressure and flow throughout the hatchery. Multiple pumps provide cooling water to setters, hatchers, air handling units, climate control and other connected equipment.
Durable tanks with various capacities and additional stand-by pumps are also available, to provide maximum reliability and optimised water distribution wherever it is needed - anywhere in the hatchery.
How it works
- One or more primary pumps circulate a constant flow over the process water chiller’s liquid heat exchangers
- The free flow return ensures a zero bar free outlet for more constant pressure in the cooling system and the buffer tank creates a 100 per cent efficient heat exchanger
- Robust, reliable industrial secondary pumps provide optimum pressure for the incubators
