Compact washing machine with pivoting spray nozzles, specifically designed for effectively cleaning hatcher baskets with moderate pollution. Incorporating separate main wash and after-rinse sections, the hatcher basket washer heats circulation water internally for the main wash cycle, which is continuously filtered by a unique filter system. Fresh water rinsing completes the cycle in a separate zone of the machine.
Re-used rinse water continuously renews the contents of the wash tank, in an energy efficient process that combines maximum wash action with minimal consumption of water, energy and chemicals.
How it works
- A conveying system automatically loads the hatcher baskets into the washer
- Hatcher baskets are cleaned on all sides, with a focus on the inside, where pivoting spray pipes ensure a thorough wash action
- Two stainless steel chains ensure maintenance-free transport of the baskets through the washer, including catches that fix the distance between the baskets
- Pivoting spray nozzles ensure that all sides of the basket are washed thoroughly
- Speed of transport through the machine is fully variable, to allow selection of the most effective speed depending on the degree of pollution
- Incorporates main wash and after-rinse zones, with a unique filter system and separate fresh water rinse cycle that is reused in the main wash to conserve water
- Supplied with an easy-view control panel for managing all functions at a comfortable operating height
